A few years ago, my daily life was overwhelming—starting early in the morning and ending late at night, leaving me constantly exhausted, anxious, and neglecting my personal needs and desires. My dreams were locked away in the "someday..." cabinet. Until one day, my heart and life rebelled, took me by the hand, and showed me a deeper, more meaningful life hidden within my soul.

I made the bold decision to follow my heart's calling. Through deep inner processes, I saved enough resources to support myself, left my position as a company director, and created the time and conditions to dedicate myself to education, study, research, and experimentation in human existence and practical well-being—a life I both craved and wished to share.

Let me be honest: the journey was far from easy. However, my vision remained steadfast—a guiding beacon helping me persevere despite challenges. After all, one of my core beliefs about life has always been:

Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with remarkable scientists, mentors, and educators from prestigious universities worldwide and in Greece, as well as researchers and philosophers who explore human existence through diverse spiritual paths. Each of these encounters profoundly shaped my journey.

The knowledge and experience I have gained, the people who have walked this path with me, have brought me to today—with a distilled essence of wisdom and insights that transformed my life and inspired the creation of Compose a DreamLife Coaching & Mentoring.

Systemic Coaching, drawing its tools from the field of systemic psychotherapy (while not a form of therapy and maintaining the characteristics and power of coaching), does not examine the individual in isolation.

The individual is not blamed for their issues. Rather, the awareness gained helps them face and resolve challenges, ultimately achieving what they want in life. It involves understanding the relationship dynamics with significant others and freeing, changing, and elevating the relationship with oneself and others.

Emotions play a central role in our lives, and it is practically impossible not to engage with them, since it has been proven that ignoring, "fighting," or burying them is anything but beneficial.

Emotion-focused coaching draws its tools from the field of psychotherapy that focuses on emotions, without, of course, being a form of therapy, and without losing the characteristics and power of coaching.

It is a synthetic approach that combines tools from Gestalt therapy, attachment theory, person-centered theory, existentialism, and the narrative approach.

It is the process of consciously using the power of thought to intentionally imagine and create what we aim to experience in our lives, as it also provides direct control over thoughts on a subconscious level.

There are various ways to program the subconscious, but meditation-based mental visualization is considered one of the fastest and most effective, according to modern studies.

Mindfulness is a philosophical, and now, scientific way of interacting with the world, offering relaxation from stress, relief from the burden of the past, focus, significant improvements in health, relationships, decision-making, productivity, emotional and anger management, success, and balance, eliminating any form of "shoulds" and expectations that interfere with the acceptance and management of our objective reality.

Scientific evidence supports the effectiveness of mindfulness, as it has identified changes in the brain's neuroplasticity, measurable changes in the gray matter of the brain, in areas involved in learning and memory processes, emotional regulation, balanced self-image, and an expanded perception of the world. It has also shown a remarkable reduction in the "emotional hijacking" of the amygdala, which triggers the "fight, flight, freeze" response, and an enhancement of connections with the brain's higher executive areas, which can override emotions by activating the conscious part of the brain that leads to the "relaxation response," restoring balance in the mind, emotion, and body.

Through mindfulness, we regain control of the balanced functioning of mind-heart-body, experience the objective reality in a simpler and clearer way, gain a deeper and more meaningful experience of our own experiences, while also connecting us to the present, increasing our awareness of our true needs, self-confidence, and emotional intelligence, resulting in more compassion, kindness, and empathy, both towards ourselves and others.
